Reserved for the guests of Maison Salix in Vallabrègues, "À Table" welcomes you for dinners every other evening and offers lunches upon request. A unique menu, regularly updated, is provided to vary your dining experiences while upholding our commitment to healthy, seasonal cuisine. Carefully crafted and entirely homemade, our recipes follow a flexitarian and balanced approach. We offer fresh and flavorful slow food, inspired by local products and Mediterranean flavors.
You can enjoy your meal at the table d'hôte, on one of the sunny or shaded terraces, by the pool, by the fireplace, in your suite or outside thanks to the picnic baskets prepared on request.

We also have a wine cellar with a wide selection of local and other French wines.
Is the bar closed, still hungry for a drink? No worries we have an honesty bar, where you serve yourself , you just write down what you have drunk and it is charged at check out.
Maison Salix further features several lounges, with their high chairs, armchairs and sofas, they offer you a wide range of opportunities to spend time with friends or family.
Furthermore, we also have a library with English, French and Dutch literature.
